Fair FAQs

What are the hours? How much are tickets/parking? You can find those details on our main Fair page, linked here for your convenience: http://www.clatsopcofairexpo.com/p/79

Where are the bathrooms? Bathrooms are located in front lobby area of main building. Portable toilets are also scattered throughout the grounds.


Where can I find an ATM? In the front lobby area of the main building and inside of the Olney Saloon.


Where are the retail and informational vendors? Inside the Exhibit Hall and outside on the paved lot.


Where are food vendors? Outside on the south side of the Exhibit Hall.


Where are the Open Class & 4H Exhibits? Inside the Exhibit Hall.


Where do I buy tickets to Montgomery Gentry? Tickets are available at pre-sale price for $25/ea at the Clatsop County Fair & Expo office until end of business on Wednesday, 08/02. Tickets are regularly $30 for general admission and $20 for military and first responders.


Does my child need a ticket for the Montgomery Gentry concert? Due to capacity concerns, any child that needs a seat will require a separate admission ticket. If your child is very young and will be carried the whole time, no ticket is required.

Where do I buy carnival tickets and wristbands? Advance wristbands can be bought at the Clatsop County Fair & Expo office or one of our partner pre-sale locations (listed here: http://www.clatsopcofairexpo.com/p/79) for $20. Wristbands and individual tickets can also be purchased on-site during the fair (wristbands are $30, tickets range from .50c for 1 to $100 for 250).


Can I bring my dog/pet to the fair? Pets are not allowed on the fairgrounds during Fair. Service animals are still permitted per ADA guidelines.


Is smoking allowed on property? Smoking is not allowed anywhere on county premises. You must be completely off county grounds in order to smoke.


What is the Saloon (Beer Garden)? The Olney Saloon is on the north end of the grounds and will be open at 11am each day of the fair selling beer and spirits. The Saloon will operate as 21+ except for Friday and Saturday evening from 7:30 p.m. - 10 p.m. and during the Montgomery Gentry concert. The Saloon will only be open to attendees of the Montgomery Gentry concert after 4:30 pm on Thursday until the concert is over. Afterward it will re-open to the public, 21+. The schedule of performances in the Saloon is as follows:

Friday, 08/04: Showdown @ 8pm

Saturday, 08/05: Honky Tonk Union @ 2pm


What is the Barn Lounge? The Barn Lounge will be located inside of the Dairy Barn behind the Main Exhibit Hall. Pilot House Distilling and The Wine Shack will host tasting bars within the Barn Lounge nightly between 4:30 p.m. and 7 pm with live music. The schedule of performances in the Barn Lounge is as follows:
